**1.  Opening speech**

The meeting was chaired by Vice General Manager Zeng, who warmly welcomed the arrival of customer representatives and briefly introduced the development history, market positioning, and core competitiveness of the motor factory. Vice General Manager Zeng emphasized that the motor factory always adheres to technological innovation and quality priority, and looks forward to establishing mutually beneficial cooperative relationships with customers.

**2.  Factory Introduction and Capacity Display**

Technical Director Lu provided a detailed introduction to the production line layout, technical team, production equipment, and recent research and development achievements of the motor factory through PPT. He emphasized the automation production process and quality control system of the factory, demonstrating the advantages of motor products in energy efficiency, noise control, and service life. At the same time, Yan Rui, the production supervisor, provided additional information on the factory's current production capacity and future expansion plans to ensure that it can meet customers' bulk procurement needs.

**3.  Product technology exchange and demand docking**

On behalf of the client, Technical Consultant Lu elaborated on the specific application scenarios, performance requirements, and safety standards for the purchased motors. The technical teams of both parties had in-depth exchanges on technical indicators such as power range, speed regulation, and protection level of the motor. Technical Director Lu provided multiple customized product solutions based on customer needs and promised to further optimize the design based on customer feedback.

**4.  Price and delivery time discussion**

Sales Manager Wang and Manager Lu provided a preliminary quotation based on the customer's provided demand and expected delivery time. He explained the factors of raw material costs, production process complexity, and after-sales service support in the price composition. Both parties conducted multiple rounds of negotiations on the price and ultimately reached a preliminary quotation that both parties were satisfied with. At the same time, the production supervisor of Yan promised to make every effort to ensure timely delivery while ensuring product quality.

 

**5.  After sales service and quality assurance**

Quality Manager Wan emphasized that the motor factory attaches great importance to after-sales service, providing comprehensive service guarantees including product installation guidance, regular maintenance and inspection, and quick response to faults. He provided a detailed introduction to the warranty period, return and exchange policies, and technical support hotline for motor products, and promised to establish a dedicated customer service team to ensure that customers receive timely and effective assistance during use.

 

**6.  Discussion on Contract Framework and Preliminary Intent Confirmation**

On the basis of sufficient communication between both parties, Sales Manager Wang and Finance Manager Cao jointly discussed the main terms of the contract, including product specifications, quantity, price, payment method, delivery time, breach of contract liability, etc. Both parties agree that based on the consensus reached at this meeting, the motor factory will draft a contract draft and send it to the client for review via email within one week.

 

**7.  Follow up work arrangement and meeting summary**

At the end of the meeting, General Manager Zhang expressed gratitude to the client for their active participation and support, and clarified the follow-up work arrangements: the motor factory will complete the drafting of the contract within this week and simultaneously promote the deepening of product customization design; The client is responsible for the internal approval process and providing feedback on contract modifications as soon as possible. Both parties have agreed to hold another video conference early next month to confirm the final contract details and initiate the procurement process.
